Device Outcomes Registry Report Support
For Device Outcomes Registry reports, email info@dataverityhub.com. Include the device name, source question, checkout email, and the issue you want reviewed.
Billing Support
For duplicate charges, failed delivery, subscription billing, or receipt questions, email info@dataverityhub.com with your checkout email and Stripe receipt or session link if available.
Corrections and Claims
If a record subject, owner, firm, operator, provider, or other affected party believes a record needs correction, send the official source link and the corrected source record. DataVerityHub can add clarification and update internal records, but official source publishers control the underlying public record.
Expected Response
Support requests are reviewed in the order received. High-impact report delivery or billing issues should be marked urgent in the email subject.
